When do the filters need changed?

The system has 3 filter cartridges. Stage 1 is recommended every 6 months, stage 2&3 are recommended every 12months.
We have a subscription service available(save 10%) and get your filters delivered to your door on-time.

How do I change the filters?

Very easy on this system, they simply twist out and twist in. No tools, no plumber required.

Can I install myself?

We have had customers do this in the past, the package comes with everything required for install. We have recommended installers throughout NZ and offer a fixed-rate install option available also.

Is this system better that a whole-home system?

Filtration capabilities - yes, by far. Both systems serve a purpose but for highly filtered drinking/cooking water this system far out-performs whole-home systems. This is simply due to filter media and flow rates.

Will I notice a difference in my water?

Yes, we are very confident the water from this system will be noticeably different from town supply. By removing chlorine and other contaminants the water tastes and feels much nicer.
