We test all our systems with NZ tap water via IANZ accredited labs. This will continue to be an ongoing effort for both our product performance and water quality info throughout NZ. Many of our systems have also had testing (via overseas suppliers) including IAMPO, NSF, CE and RoHS certifications.

Is it easy to install?

The NaturaWai shower filter is easy to install yourself in minutes. For the UFX3 or RO mineral + under sink filter, we work with installers nation wide.

Do your filters remove fluoride and chlorine?

The UFX3 reduces fluoride and removes chlorine, along with other common contaminants in NZ tap water.

Our Reverse Osmosis systems have exceptionally high removal rates of fluoride, nitrates, chlorine and more, whilst remineralising.

The NaturaWai removes chlorine from your shower, protecting your skin and hair.

Will the shower filter help with skin issues like eczema?

Yes, many customers report improvements with dryness, itchiness, and eczema after using the NaturaWai.

Are your products safe for babies and kids?

Absolutely. Our filters are perfect for families, from mixing formula to protecting sensitive skin.

How fast is shipping?

We ship from New Zealand, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

When do I need to replace the filters?

Every 4–12 months depending on the product. We can remind you when it’s time!

What is Alkaline water?

Alkaline water has a pH above 7. This is said to be beneficial for human health. Our RO systems reintroduce minerals post filtration creating alkaline water.
