We are delighted with our Wellness Package. We have noticed a big difference in our shower water - my hair is happy! The water feels like silk. We are also very pleased with our under bench filter. The installation was easy and we are enjoying our water like never before. The interesting factor with this filter is that it filters to .01 which is way better than most other brands which only filter to .05. We are thrilled.

Very good system. We have had another RO system in the past and the flow was slow. This system is great, no power or tank is good and the water quality is very good. Highly recomend. Nice team to deal with too. Cheers

I'd never thought I could explain the texture of water until I tried the water from out brand new Hydrate water filter! The water that comes out is 'soft' and almost has a 'silky' feel to it and it tastes delicious and I wish we'd installed one years ago
Does what it says. Much better than tap water and other filters. We are all much better drinking this. I wish the flow rate was faster but its a small price to pay. I would give it 5 stars if the flow rate was higher.

Couple weeks in and already seeing improvements. The tap water doesn’t cause my daughter’s eczema, but it does irritate it. Massively. Used a simple plumbing fitting to rig it up to the bath tap and added a hose + shower head. We only use the bath for our baby, so should get longevity out of the filter. Great product.

Once the shower filter was installed, the chlorine smell disappeared instantly. Huge difference. Skin feels lots less dry now.

Initially we found we had purchased the wrong tap for the under sink fitting. It was however able to be remedied by my very able son in law. My review therefore is not really about the tap but the after hours service that was offered when I contacted Hydrate filters. So appreciated, Definitely I would recommend them for excellent service.

Great products and service. The UFX3 under bench system makes the water taste great and it’s so nice to know that you are not contaminating yourself every time you have a drink of water. The shower filter works great too. I noticed the difference straight away, no nasty chlorine smell and the water feels softer on your skin.
