Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hydratefilters.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 19 Hawdon Street, Sydenham, Christchurch.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Hydrate Filters Ltd.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Hydrate Filters Ltd (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period in line with the Consumer Gurantess Act.
During the Warranty Period, Hydrate Filters will repair or replace, at no charge, products or
parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Hydrate Filters will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished
replacement parts.
Extended Warranty. Products must be registered at the time of purchase and maintenance caried out as reccomended by Hydrate Filters Ltd. Filter cartridges are considered disposable itmes and therefore are not covered under warranty.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
