Keep in touch with you regarding maintenance of your purchase, discuss any new filtration systems that may be of interest, help with any other after care/customer service procedures.

Besides our staff, we share this information with: Zoho CRM to store the correct information on a trusted platform.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the date of install and contact information, we’ll be unable to provide maintenance reminders and guarantee extension of warranty.

We keep your information safe by storing all information in a secure CRM via Zoho and only allowing staff of Hydrate Filters to access the platform.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at support@hydratefilters.co.nz, or 0210 882 4509.

Company Name (optional), Address, Phone, Email Address.
Information is stored for Delivery and Product Warranty purposes.

 

Customer’s card details are not stored on the website.

2. Orders and Payments

– All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
– Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, After pay, Bank Transfer.

3. Shipping and Delivery:
– We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver them within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
– Shipping costs and delivery options are provided during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or delivery to remote areas.

-We will always aim to process orders promptly and have them with the courier by the following working day. Generally, your order will be delivered within 1 – 3 working days, however in the unlikely event of courier delays these timeframes may be exceeded. If there are multiple shipments, please allow an additional day for processing.

4. Returns and Refunds:

5. Limited Warranty:
– Our products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product for details.
– The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
– Filter cartridges are considered as disposable items, thus are not covered by warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability:
– To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.
– Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase of our products shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

– All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Hydrate Filters or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
– You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Refunds/Returns Policy

We aim to provide products that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or request a refund for your purchase. Please read our return/refund policy carefully.

2. Refunds:
